Storplan Mezzanine Floors are designed, manufactured and installed by our in-house team.

Mezzanine Floors are one of the most cost effective methods to dramatically expand available space in your existing premises. Extra retail sales area, additional office accommodation, manufacturing, workshop or the need for increased storage space can be solved with the installation of a Mezzanine Floor.

The design and layout of the steelwork is bespoke, to suit the customers’ existing site layout and therefore columns and base plates are kept to minimum.

Shelving

The Industrial Shelving series has been designed and implemented to meet the needs of light to medium duty storage. It is also highly suited for the construction of single, two and even three tier structures.

All Unirack shelving and associated products carry the approval mark of TUV Product Service.

Unirack shelving is manufactured from pre-galvanised steel given it a highly durable finish, however Storplan can also powder coat your shelving to any standard RAL colour of your choice, in our in-house powder coating plant.

Storplans two main Pallet Racking systems are innovative products, giving rapid assembly, coupled with high strength and stability at a very competitive price.

Pallet Racking frames are made from prime quality, certified, high tensile hot dipped galvanised steel (SENDZIMIR procedure), thus ensuring a high quality of durability. Pallet Racking beams are profiled sections with quadruple flange thickness at points of maximum stress for high loading capacity. The adjustment of beams at intervals of 50mm facilitates optimum use of space available.

Cantilever Racking

Storplans cantilever and vertical racking systems have been designed for the storage of long loads and come in a range of standard sizes, offering the opportunity to provide maximum support whatever the type, length or height of load.

The special construction of Storplans cantilever racking system provides a self-supporting structure with cantilever arms adjustable in 150mm increments. Uprights can be supplied in any height or depth and either single or double sided to meet your requirements.

Storplans Guardstor security cages and fencing are the perfect solution for securing items or products of high value.

High value goods on open stock room shelves can encourage break-ins, provide temptation to your staff, and place unfair responsibility on key personnel.

When a break-in occurs, the extra time needed to attempt to breach a GuardStor security cage or security screen, provides those vital extra minutes for the police to respond to the alarm. Often knowledge of this extra security is sufficient to deter a break-in!

Partitioning

Storplans Partitions and ceilings can be used to create attractive economical environments in an abundance of scenarios.

All our partitioning systems are truly versatile and can incorporate fully glazed or part glazed windows, with blinds for privacy or a decorative finish.

Doors openings can be formed using standard or full height extruded aluminum doorframes, skirting options on our partitions are also available, which include laiminate concealed fix PVC and aluminum.

Storplan provide hardwearing and versatile storage container systems that come in a variety of sizes and colours and are suitable for use on shelving, louvered panels or trolleys.

These storage container systems are ideally used to store small parts (e.g. electrical components, food items etc.)
