Steel single skin partitioning is an ideal solution where a high quality, economical partitioning system is required. Ideally suited for manufacturing and storage areas.
Panels are constructed from cold-rolled angles and cold-rolled T bars with mild steel sheets spot-welded into the framework. Panels are available in solid, half-glazed or solid/glazed/solid.
Doors can be supplied with or without vision panels. A full range of non-standard doors are also available, i.e. full height leaves, clear access modules or hospital type leaves.
All panels and doors are electrostatically powder-coated in a range of standard colours.
Steel Double Skin Partitions
Steel double skin partitioning is an alternative Partitioning System for installations where a smooth interior finish is required. Ideally suited for works offices, clean rooms and storage areas for chemicals and food products.
Panels are constructed from cold rolled channels paneled both sides with mild steel sheet with 30 mm Rockwool mineral fibre infill and are joined together using a 'H' section, making the installation very similar to the installation of composite partitioning systems. Panels are available in solid, half-glazed or solid/glazed/solid.
Doors can be supplied with single or double glazed vision panels or flush i.e. no vision panel. A full range of non-standard doors are also available, i.e. full height leaves, clear access modules or hospital type leaves.
All panels and doors are electrostatically powder-coated in a range of standard colours.
